Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
These terms govern the Simula AI market-research simulation service. Provider: Samuele Maestri — Via Brazzolo, 89, Tresignana (FE), 44039, Emilia-Romagna, Italia. P.IVA 02196260380. PEC: samuelemaestri@pec.it. By registering or subscribing you enter into a service relationship with the provider. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for having the rights and legal basis to upload content, personal data and website links. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, bypass quotas or security, or share accounts outside permitted team access. Access may be suspended where necessary to address abuse or security risks, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
3. Trials, plans and billing
The standard trial lasts 7 days without a payment card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. AGENCY14 grants 14 days on Agency only, with a card required and automatic subscription billing at the selected price afterwards unless cancelled; eligibility is checked before checkout. Personal costs €24 monthly or €238 annually and includes 3 organizations, 50 monthly research credits and 1 user. Agency costs €49 monthly or €488 annually and includes 10 organizations, 200 monthly research credits and up to 5 team users. Enterprise is quoted individually. The final amount, taxes and billing frequency are displayed at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew at the selected frequency unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation, changes and research credits
Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period and prevents the next renewal. An upgrade takes effect immediately with the prorated difference; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Organizations above the new plan limit become read-only. A simulation uses one research credit; funnel runs use one credit per non-outcome step. Failed research is not counted. Monthly allowances follow the service’s monthly usage period; referral bonuses are separate, one-shot and subject to their expiry.
5. Refer a friend
An eligible new account must register through an attributable referral invitation. Self-referrals and artificial or fraudulent referrals are prohibited. The referrer earns 10% of each settled payment by the invited friend, including renewals, calculated on the amount collected excluding taxes. Rewards are paid manually by bank transfer using the provided account holder name and valid IBAN; no automatic payment date is promised. Both users receive a one-shot bonus for each qualifying referral according to their own paid plan: 50 simulations for Personal or 100 for Agency. Bonuses expire 12 months after being awarded and do not reset monthly. Free or unpaid invoices do not earn rewards. Pending rewards for fully refunded payments are cancelled; disputed or fraudulent rewards may require review. Statutory tax responsibilities remain with each recipient where applicable.
6. AI outputs, intellectual property and availability
You retain your rights in uploaded material and authorize processing to provide the requested service. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or non-unique. Simulations are estimates, not empirical consumer research, investment advice or guaranteed commercial outcomes. Verify results before relying on them. The service depends on third-party systems and may be interrupted for maintenance or failures. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or gross negligence under applicable law.
7. Consumer rights, contacts and applicable law
If you purchase as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections apply, including the statutory 14-day withdrawal right where applicable. Any lawful exception for immediate digital performance requires the conditions and express consents prescribed by law; these terms alone do not waive withdrawal rights. Send withdrawal, support or complaint requests to samuelemaestri@pec.it. Italian law applies without removing mandatory protections available in your country of residence; any mandatory consumer court jurisdiction remains unaffected. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and do not remove rights already accrued.
